A delegation from the Arab Center for the Rule of Law and Integrity (ACRLI) and the University of Notre Dame visited His Excellency the President of the Lebanese Republic, Michel Suleiman on Saturday March 20, 2010. The goal of this visit was to inform His Excellency about the publication of a book entitled "State-building in Lebanon" that includes a series of seminars held in cooperation between ACRLI and the University of Notre Dame and that were sponsored by His Excellency. The delegation also dedicated a copy of this book to HE.

During the meeting, the delegation requested His Excellency the patronage of the conference that ACRLI is organizing on 3, 4 and 5 May 2010 entitled "Renewing the political life in Lebanon". To add a new component to the nation-building process, ACRLI will ensure the participation of elite Lebanese intellectuals and politicians that are endeavored to complete this process.
