Elected earlier as the “Civil Society Ambassador of the neighborhood region” during the 4th Regional Seminar entitled ''Structured Dialogue on the involvement of civil society and local authorities in EC Development Cooperation" (Baku, Azerbaijan, from 9-10 February 2011), Miss Joyce HAKMEH, a representative on ACRLI’s behalf, attended a two days meeting organized by The European Commission-EC, entitled “Structured Dialogue for an efficient partnership in development” from 30 to 31 March in Brussels, Belgium.

The meeting included several Civil Society organizations, European Commission, Member States, and Elected Partners. During the meeting Miss HAKMEH continued her mission where she reported on the conclusions of the "Democracy and Human Rights Support Initiative".
