ACRLI and HiiL organized three national workshops to discuss the "Rule of Law Reports"
In the context of "Country Reports on the Rule of Law" project, ACRLI and the Hague Institute for the Internationalization of Law (HiiL) organized three national workshops to discuss the "Rule of Law Reports" in the project’s targeted countries; Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon.

- Lebanon: 30 November 2011
- Jordan: 05 December 2011
- Egypt: 10 December 2011

These National Workshop aimed at (1) presenting and opening for discussion the draft reports which discuss the Rule of Law status in the project’s targeted countries and (2) validating its findings since the proceedings of the workshops will be used to feed the finalization of the reports. The purpose of each of these reports is to present a brief, neutral and constructive overview of the state of the rule of law in the concerned country, focusing on 4-5 positive trends as well as 4-5 points of concern. The reports are based on qualitative and quantitative materials, and they are supposed to be a tool in the hands of national and international actors for designing rule of law reforms in the aftermath of the Arab Spring.

The participants in the workshops came from various disciplines and included legal, private sector, media, NGOs, political parties, academics and donor organizations representatives.
