Within its MENA Commercial Law Strengthening (CLS) project, and within the project’s awareness campaign, the Arab Center for the rule of Law and Integrity organized a workshop on the Reform and Development of Commercial Law in Yemen. This workshop comes within the project’s awareness campaign in the four pilot countries (Lebanon, Tunisia, Yemen and UAE) which aims at raising awareness on key commercial legal issues and effects on economic growth trough building knowledge on the state of commercial law in selected MENA countries and on relevant international norms, standards and best practices.
