In the context of the Project on "Provision of Legal Training Components for Legal Institutions of Iraq" implemented by ACRLI with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Iraq; ACRLI organized a Training of Trainers (ToT) session on "Arbitration" from 12 to 14 October 2010 in Beirut.

The participants included representatives from the Higher Judicial Councils of Baghdad and Kurdistan.

The session aimed at highlighting the development of “arbitration” in Iraq, while focusing on defining and clarifying the nature of relevance between the Formal Justice and with Arbitration.
