| The first session of “Building the State in Lebanon: Dream or reality?” Seminar was held on 5 April 2016. The title for the seminar is ‘The Problem of Statehood in Lebanon’.
This seminar was organized by The Arab Center for the Development of the Rule of Law and Integrity (ACRLI) and the Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU). The opening sessions was presented by the University President Father Walid Moussa , and was moderated by H.E the former minister Dr. Khaled Kabbani. Followed by speeches presented by H.E. the former Lebanese Interior Minister Marwan Charbel; H.E. the former minister Dr. Issam Naaman and Dr. Alexandre Najjar.
