Report on the Role of the Constitutional Council in Building the State of Right
Within the Framework of “Promoting the Constitutional Council Role in Building the State of Right” project, ACRLI has launched the report on “ The Role of the Constitutional Council in Building the State of Right ”. The report includes conclusions and recommendations on the importance of the role of the Constitutional Council in Lebanon, especially with regard to its authority to interpret the constitution and to expand the right to review the constitutionality of laws.
