Under the patronage of His Excellency President of the Lebanese Republic General Michel Sleiman, the Arab Center for the Rule of law and Integrity is organizing in patnership with the Notre Dame University Louaize, a series of seminars on "Building the State in Lebanon", at the University premises.
Seminars will be launched in an opening session on the 6th of November 2008 during which the Notre Dame University and ACRLI will each say their mutual opening speeches.
