The Arab Center for the Development of the Rule of Law and Integrity began working on the composition of its Board of Trustees, which will include 24 Arab personalities from different Arab countries, most of them legal and media professionals, parliamentarians, businessmen, politicians and activists in the fields of development and reform, and personalities known for their intellectual and scientific activities and their contribution through their work to the consolidation of the State of Justice and Law.

Among the basic functions of the Board of Trustees:

- Elaborating a report on the status of the Rule of Law in the Arab world, that will represent an observatory of the Rule of Law
- Defining the public policy of the Center's activities and monitoring its proper implementation

To this end, President Salim Hoss (former Lebanese Prime Minister) and President Ahmet Obeidat (former President of the Jordanian government) kindly dedicated themselves to invite candidates to  the membership of the Board of Trustees and are organizing the formation of its constituent body, whom will work on completing the Board of Trustees in accordance with the mentioned above.
