| The triangulation workshop on “Justice Needs and Satisfaction in Lebanon” (Beirut, September 15, 2017) | | HiiL Innovating Justice has organized a workshop on September 15th, 2017 in cooperation with ACRLI to review the preliminary outcomes of the survey that was conducted within the framework of the project on “Justice Needs and Satisfaction in Lebanon”.Over the past months, HiiL Innovating Justice has conducted a survey to assess the justice needs of the Lebanese citizens, e.g. how these needs are being met, and whether citizens are satisfied with the outcomes they have obtained.
The outcomes of the study will provide a solid foundation for more coherent strategy making and justice delivery. The survey encompassed more than 6,000 randomly selected individuals from different regions across the country. The project has been supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands. The workshop aimed to triangulate the results of the survey with the perspectives and experiences of key justice stakeholders.
The outcomes of the survey will be presented to the participants who will be asked to express their opinion regarding these results based on their respective roles in the justice system.
